Terms and Conditions
Customer service and customer satisfaction is paramount to Tigershark and therefore we aim for 100% customer satisfaction or full refund for return of goods. We welcome all contact for after sales service regardless of the reason.
- We accept returns for whatever reason within 7 days of you receiving our goods.
- You may cancel your order at any point; from placing the order with us to 7 days after you receive our goods.
- Original packaging is preferred but not essential. We will reimburse you for your costs.
Ordering Out of Stock Items:
- If you place an order for multiple quantities of an item and we do not have enough stock to fulfil the order immediately, we will contact you by email within 24 hours to determine how you would like to proceed. We will offer to send part of the order straight away with the remainder following when in stock, or hold the delivery until all items are available. It may be that you wish to cancel altogether.
- Likewise if you wish to order an item that is displaying out of stock; we will advise by email an estimated delivery date but it is likely to be up to 28 days.
Storing Payment Details
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
